It would be nice to add in examples like the community in Hawaii that rebuilt their road for "free" e.g. their time and labor + donated supplies from a local contractor.

I like the Stephen Moleynuex example where he said something like "people say you wouldn't have roads if the government didn't provide them, Well what if I said, You need to have roads, then need to be enclosed, then they need to have air conditioning.... Well I've just described malls, and we didn't need the government to make those"
